The house was conceived as another block of wood and mortar with a volume of monolithic concrete and glass on top. Due to the small front land and volumetry, two squares edge to maximize light entry, which explains the large window. It is also hoped that this window will allow to darken the internal environment when needed. Building 53 is defined as follows volumetry city of São Paulo building legislation and site specific form, which is just more than 10 meters in front and about 30 meters in length.
