Glass-enclosed breezeway and screen porch house by ALTUS

Concept set of public and private space into two timber-clad form a separate connected by glass enclosed foyer and porch screens. It became an open-access hallway between the car and the court yard of the lake, which allows airflow and activities through the house toward the lake center. Permeable open design of this house is the result of an active lifestyle and desire for client connectivity to the site from all rooms. Designed for a narrow, wooded, pie-shaped site of the lake, this young family trying to develop the outdoor play space and garden while celebrating the view of the lake.
