Stone and wood, the material refers to the Brazilian traditional buildings, mixed with modern materials like reinforced concrete and plastic and makes the language of architecture. Reflecting concerns with the accuracy of construction, all of the details outlined by the home office, even some furniture that was specially designed for the home. Interior plan is set into three floors and a sub-solo. Upon entering the parking lot, with tree-covered terrace leads guests to the door. A social space program distributes part of the house: the library, vertical circulation, utility room and living room. From inside the library, you can see, in front of the exterior stone walls, a statue of Mary Martins, reposing on the pool of reflection. The living room has a large open span, overall, to the garden, build a spatial continuity between the interior and exterior. In the garden, pool, installed beside the car park, rock wall mirror. Panama House site is located in one neighborhood park, just a few blocks from the Paulista, the financial center of the city of São Paulo.
