The house was apparently at least three floors, and I think it might also have a basement. After posting the other day we featured WeberHaus, we got an email from Heinrich, a reader Contemporist from Germany, let us know about Platz Haus, which is a German company prefab homes.
Northbridge home design by Johannsen + Associates
Wood veneer panels, travertine and glass combine to provide opaque, warm palette of finish, which flows through out the house. A steel staircase, wood and cut glass entry foyer which is a wing hinge split level. Passive heating and cooling and ventilation using natural help minimize the A / C, and solar pool heating and 24,000 L rain water tank have been integrated into the spacious family home. To maximize the expansive views of aspects of the Spit Bridge to North Sydney, this five-bedroom residence is understood as the two wings of the pavilion-style entrance staircase join.
Chile House Rural from Juan Sebastián Espejo
