Villa in the Mediterranean style of Norman Foster
The House-boat on a steep slope: the seven levels, sliding glass wall, a large terrace with stunning sea views. PS Oddly enough, the site of Norman Foster’s project I did not find.
House in the ruined city
This single-family house – part of a larger plan of urban redevelopment in the area destroyed by the explosion of fireworks warehouse. The project articulates a detailed three-dimensional requirements of the plan, emphasizing the differences between the majestic front in dark brick and an informal “back” in a frosted glass overlooking the private garden. Despite its small size, the house contains everything needed for a comfortable life in the city, including a two-car garage. The house is completely asymmetrical, has different elevations and challenging circuit. In this case, his plans quite understandable and natural. Even though the project is not similar to the common European projects of private town houses, this is – a good example of modern architecture.
House and barn near New York
This project architects decided two things: on the one hand, satisfied customer passion to the sheds, traditional for this area, on the other – have created a sophisticated and modern living area. In fact, under the wooden hull of a simple shape hidden in several volumes, at different levels, different functions and varying degrees of openness – in the house, among other things, there are three patio, large reception rooms, fireplace and winter garden.
