A steel staircase, wood and cut glass entry foyer which is a wing hinge split level. Passive heating and cooling and ventilation using natural help minimize the A / C, and solar pool heating and 24,000 L rain water tank have been integrated into the spacious family home. To maximize the expansive views of aspects of the Spit Bridge to North Sydney, this five-bedroom residence is understood as the two wings of the pavilion-style entrance staircase join.

New Project Paris by Jakob+MacFarlane

Whether or not to maintain the existing concrete structure is the choice left to the participants. Jakob + Macfarlane chose to retain the existing structure and use it to shape and influence the new project.
